I signed up
for the class, when will I receive information about the
first call,
with access numbers etc?
All information and instructions will be given with the
first lesson sent out at
the start of the class.
Where is the bulletin board?
Because of problems with spam we have the board hidden,
directions to access
the bulletin board are in your first
lesson or instruction page.
I can't seem to log in to the bulletin it won't accept my
email and password?
The bulletin board is completely different from our online
store. Your email and password will not work on the board
unless that is what you used when you registered. You MUST
register on the bulletin board no matter how many times you
have ordered from us. You MUST register on the board
regardless of whether you are getting our mailings and are
on our mailing list. This is a completely different program.
Separate from our store and mailing list. To go to the class
forum YOU MUST REGISTER ON THE BOARD.
I am on the bulletin board but cannot find the forum for
the class?
You have to be a registered member on the bulletin board
first, then you must join the user group for the class you
are in. First register on the board, then instructions for
joining the class user group are given in your lesson or
instruction page. Only those registered for the class will
be approved to join their class user group.
I am registered on the board and have joined the
user group but I still
don't see the class forum?
After you log in, look up to the right had side of the
board. If it says "log in" then you are not logged on. If it
says "log out" then you are on the board and should
see the
forum. Sometimes it takes a couple of times to log in before
you are truly
ON the board. So try a couple of times to see
if you can get logged in.
I am on the bulletin board and I see the Forum I want but
don't know
how to get in?
You have to click the title of the forum you wish to enter.
Once there, click on
any post to read or respond.
How do I listen to the recorded conference call by phone?
In your lesson or instruction page you were given 2 phone
numbers. One was
for being on the call live. The second
number is for dialing up and listening to the playback
recording of the call. You will need to enter the file
number of the call
which is posted on the bulletin board in
your class forum.
I dialed our number to listen to the playback of the call
but nothing happens?
You must dial a different number to listen to playback . The
number for the playback recording is given in your lesson or
instruction page. If you have dialed the correct number then
you must enter the file number for the call you wish to
listen to. This file number is posted on the bulletin board
in your class forum.
Where is the call posted online?
The link to listen to the call online in posted on the
bulletin board in your
class forum.
How do I know what the file number is for each call?
The file number for each call is posted on the bulletin
board in your class forum.
I am not receiving my lessons in my email.
All the lessons are posted on the bulletin board for your
convenience.
